Using the store

Products and compatibility
We sell nemonic printers, cartridges, and related products as listed in our store. Check each listing for model compatibility, cartridge type and size, connectivity, supported operating systems, package contents, and other requirements before purchasing. Images are illustrative; screen settings can affect apparent colors. Product descriptions and express promises made at the time of purchase remain applicable.
Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept the order when we send a shipment confirmation, unless applicable law or a specific written agreement provides otherwise. We may decline an order before acceptance for unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a material listing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment for items we do not accept or cannot supply.
Prices and payment
Prices, currency, discounts, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown on the product page or at checkout. Any customs charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Prices may change for future orders. You authorize the payment method selected at checkout. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement; if a material pricing error occurs, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the affected order.
Shipping and cancellations
Our Shipping Policy explains available destinations, processing times, rates, delivery estimates, and shipment issues. Contact litedelightsinc@gmail.com promptly for an address change or cancellation. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, together with applicable law. Any return conditions, exclusions, or fees must be disclosed in that policy before purchase. These Terms do not create an undisclosed restocking fee or limit remedies for defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods.
Warranties and support
Product warranties, if offered, are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Warranty coverage may vary by product and seller. Contact litedelightsinc@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Nothing in these Terms excludes express warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Apps and AI features
Some nemonic functions require compatible devices, connectivity, accounts, or subscriptions as disclosed in the product listing. Separate app and AI service terms and privacy notices apply where presented. These storefront Terms do not establish a subscription or replace those agreements.
Intellectual property
The store contains trademarks, product images, text, software, and other materials owned by MANGOSLAB, the store operator, or their licensors. You may use the store for personal shopping or authorized business purchasing. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission, you may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected materials.
Reviews and other submissions
If you submit a review or other content for public display, you confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us a nonexclusive license to display, reproduce, and format that submission for the purpose for which you provided it. Your ownership remains with you. Do not submit unlawful content, others' confidential information, or misleading reviews. This clause does not restrict honest reviews or transfer ownership of private support messages.
Third parties and privacy
External services may apply their own terms. Our Privacy Policy, including its Shopify disclosure if applicable, is incorporated here by reference and explains storefront data practices and choices.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store. This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where liability cannot be excluded, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. It does not remove our obligations to deliver purchased goods, provide required refunds, or honor applicable warranties.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or forums available under applicable law. Changes apply prospectively from the revised date; the terms in effect when you place an order govern that purchase. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
